About the Series

With exposure to environmental toxins, more than ever it is important to support our organs and detoxifications channels within the body and mind. This 12 week series insight Vitalist Space, led by Sarah Ann Haugen will have a specific weekly focus on organs, glands and even the blood. Following a curated focused kundalini yoga class with mediation and gong bath, we will go to the kitchen and learn some Alchemy. I will give you a recipe to take away and tips for specific detoxification, rejuvenation and vitality practices. We will enjoy the creation together and have a little time for question and answers around a community table.

Weekly Class Focus

  • After tuning in, dive deep into Hanna Kroeger & Louise Hay’s wisdom and insights. We'll start with invigorating warm-ups, flowing from cat-cow to vinyasa and frog poses. Meditate for habituation and embark on 'The U Set,' including Sat Kriya for truth and frequency change, and Sa ta na ma for emotional balance. Immerse yourself in a Gong bath and let the energy flow.

    Afterwards we will lead you in 'Kitchen Alchemy,' where we'll introduce you to the Vitamix and teach you the art of crafting frothy, plant-based milk.

  • After tuning in, perform warm-ups including cat-cow stretches, arm and leg stretches, vinyasa, and the transformative frog pose. Then, immerse yourself in meditation for habituation, followed by a deep detoxification experience with a Kundalini yoga kriya and Apana Kriya elimination exercises to cleanse and revitalize. Let the soothing resonance of a gong bath wash away tension and restore balance.

    Then explore 'Kitchen Alchemy' and unlock the power of herbs as we create a blended healing herbal soup.

  • Introduction to the renowned Dr. David Jubb. After tuning in, warm-ups, including the soothing cat-cow stretch, arm and leg stretches, vinyasa, and the revitalizing frog pose. Dive into a meditation for habituation, setting the stage for inner exploration and a soothing gong bath. We'll conclude with a harmonious closing chant to leave you centered and balanced.

    Finally, 'Kitchen Alchemy' will reveal the incredible power of herbs as we create a blended healing herbal soup, aligning with our focus on liver health and cellular vitality.
